As the Trust has grown we have already seen staff moving between schools, gaining experience and growing through their careers. We seek to make a conscious effort to grow our staff through Ambition Pathways that are described in the document below. Working as a part of a MAT we feel we can do this in a way other schools may not, we are less concerned about the prospect of one member of staff moving to another school to grow – especially where that school is within our own family of schools.
People moving onto promotion is a sign that the Trust has been successful in supporting that member of staff and that they have been successful in their role – both points of success and both to be celebrated.
