Our ITT programme values the individual’s experience; once you join us in one of our Trust schools, you will be supported by experienced and well-trained mentors within the supportive culture of our schools. As one of the lead Early Career Framework Delivery Partner schools for Teach First we are also in a strong position to support teachers in making a smooth transition from the point of entry to the teaching profession into their early career.
